Please find enclosed a summary of the 2012 Dutch Tax Package in light of Budget Day. It contains important proposed legislation with respect to amongst others interest deductibility on acquisition debt in a fiscal unity, the introduction of dividend WHT with respect to a Dutch Cooperative and an object exemption for foreign branches.
